Cash Products & Banking Services Analyst



The Cash Management and Banking Services Analyst is part of a team responsible for Brokerage Cash Management Accounts, the Bank Sweeps Program, Stifel Bank Deposit Accounts, Credit Cards programs and the Firm's payments strategy. The primary role of this Analyst is the development and adoption of new Treasury Management and Business Banking capabilities within the firm.


  • Be a subject matter expert in Treasury Services and Business Banking with the ability to articulate functionality to clients, sales, operations and vendors alike.
  • A guardian of the client experience this role partners with Bankers, Digital Solutions, Operations, Marketing and Client Services teams.
  • Ensure superior digital delivery, superior product setup and superior operational execution.
  • Work at the intersection of business and technology, tasked with identifying and articulating business needs and turning them into business requirements and functionality to bridge our business teams and our technology teams/vendors in an effort to get new products and capabilities to market.
  • Ability to work directly with clients at their locations, via web conferencing, or phone in support of advance setup and troubleshooting situations.
  • Work closely with vendor-partners in the identification of best-of-breed products and services.
  • Coordinate and lead cross functional teams for both the technical and operational implementation and support.
  • Review, edit and at times create business processes and procedures related to the products and services as a way to build and retain institutional knowledge.
  • Interview, investigate and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to determine what is working and not working. Takes ownership, prioritizes appropriately, and proposes business and technical solutions to solve issues.


  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree required
  • 2 - 3 years related experience in banking and payments required.
  • Able to clearly communicate in verbal and written forms potentially complex issues or concepts.
  • Ability to get up to speed quickly, identify patterns, trends, and gaps on any given topic or situation.
  • Passionate learner of new concepts and willing to tackle uncertainty with enthusiasm.
  • The ability to recognize when meaningful action is required and assume the additional responsibility needed to tackle the challenge at hand.
  • Able to take ownership, prioritizes appropriately, and propose business solutions to solve issues.
