Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist that has a passion for identifying and attracting top talent. ConnectiveRx continues to grow and our team plays a critical role in continuing to shape the culture of our company. We are looking for a self-starter with a positive attitude that can work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

You will drive the candidate experience to ensure that the sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer, onboarding, and communication processes run smoothly to ensure a positive candidate experience.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct full cycle recruiting - advertise roles on diverse job boards, careers pages and social media channels; screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings; update candidates on the hiring processes; perform reference checks; and facilitate the offer process by partnering with the hiring manager to extend the offer and negotiate employment terms.
  • Provide a great candidate experience to all who interview with us, regardless of outcome.

What we need from you:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience working in a recruiting team as a full-cycle recruiter.
  • You have experience hiring talent at a variety of experience levels in a high volume fast-paced environment.
  • You believe that great recruiting is more than a simple skills search: your goal is to match the person with the mission, not just the role. You take the time to appreciate each candidate's strengths, and treat all with respect and compassion, regardless of the outcome.
  • You care deeply about building diverse and inclusive teams.
  • You work well with others. You enjoy working with a team and have excellent collaboration skills.

  • Previous experience performing in depth sourcing of passive candidates by using creative forms of online search (Boolean, social networking, LinkedIn, etc.).
