Thrive is one of only three nationally Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) in Rhode Island. CCBHCs were created through the "Excellence in Mental Health and Addiction Act" as an initiative to expand access to behavioral healthcare in America.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, team-and detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working on multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.


  • Design, develop, maintain databases for data collection, outcome reporting, and compliance.
  • Conduct data collection operations including in person, phone and email surveys of clients served as well as other stakeholders.
  • Analyze and interpret data and provide written analysis and reports that effectively communicate outcome findings and trends.
  • Assist Director of QI/HI in coordinating outcome activities for performance improvement initiatives as well as monitor indicators for Management/ Board initiatives or grants.
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing the organization's Compliance Process including periodic assignment of reviews as well as collating results.
  • Maintain, support and enhance Incident Reporting procedures including reporting to external sources, providing analysis and trends, and an annual report.
  • Receive, investigate, and facilitate resolution to complaints received by the Human Rights Office and fulfill role as one of the organization's Human Rights Officers.
  • Assist with the coordination of the organization's training needs as identified by administration.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate as a member of QI, Compliance, UR and other committees as assigned.
  • Assist the Director QI/HIM in completion of various projects.

Requirements: Education, Experience, Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, education, business, or related field.  
  • At least two (2) years' experience in statistics and data analysis required.  Experience with software applications to design, develop and maintain databases as required and PDSA cycle quality improvement.
