The Position

Creative Operations Manager

What We Need

Reporting to the Head of Creative Services, this individual will be contributing to the process of project development for Kareo's Creative Team, and external agency partners, by streamlining operations and processes with tools and best practices, structuring team documentation for scaling an organization and forging deep cross-functional relationships to ensure the highest quality and impact on company initiatives. The role will be managing deadlines, requirements, expectations, and communications across internal teams and executives - along with external agency partners.

The ideal candidate must bring their creative, analytical, and technical skills to all projects.

Your Area of Focus

  • Support the Head of Creative in project planning, management, and coordination of brand projects to ensure delivering projects on time and within the creative project brief across internal stakeholder and external agency partners
  • Build out project plans and timelines for creative deliverables
  • Hold relevant stakeholders accountable to timelines, commitments and identifying risks
  • Coordinate syncs, check-ins, and meetings to ensure progress on brand projects
  • Optimize and streamline team operations, task management, documentation, organization, and communication
  • Drive process improvements and efforts to improve team efficiency
  • Ensure efficient and clear communication and process between collaborators
  • Establish quality working relationships with internal stakeholders cross-functionally across the entire organization
  • Serve as the advocate for the Brand team, sharing its processes, style guides, etc. company-wide.
  • Manage team's tech stack: Asana, Google Suite, Slack, Confluence

Your Professional Qualifications

  • 5 years of related project management experience
  • Expert analytical skills, ability to seamlessly use, Excel, Google Sheets, & Google Slides
  • CAPM or PMP certification
  • Extreme attention to detail for both planning and documentation
  • Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Expert level of influence and ability to remove internal and external obstacles
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Programs: Salesforce, Outreach, Google Suite, Eloqua, and Atlassian Projects to Manage
