Sales Analyst

Reporting to the Manager, Sales Performance and directly supporting the National Director, Brands, as Sales Analyst, you will serve as a business partner to the regional sales executives, providing analytical insights to support the decision-making process in a variety of projects. This includes providing meaningful sales analyses that include customer level performance, product mix, customer churn and segmentation, and sales optimization.Youwill analyze and evaluate sales performance while taking into consideration regional conditions, key brands, optical labs and product branding influences. Additionally, youwill serve as a bridge between the Sales team and Essilor, and a facilitator and liaison with other departments to address the business needs of the regional sales executives.

To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Sales Analyst opportunity, you will have:
* Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business or a related focus
* 3+ years of successful experience in a similar analytical role(s), e.g., business analysis, sales data analysis, etc.
* Superior oral and written communication skills
* Experience with CRM/ICM tools and SAP
* Experience with BI tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, PowerBI
* Strong modeling techniques and analytical skills with advanced PC skills (emphasis on MS Applications especially Excel and Access) and the ability to adapt to new systems and applications quickly
* High level of technical understanding and hands-on experience including dealing with complex data systems and processes
* Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions without specific step-by-step instructions
Currently, we are working remotely but we anticipate returning to the office at the beginning of 2022.
