The role:

Working at our state-of-the-art WIRELESSWAVE stores that offer innovative products the Apple Repair Technician delivers exceptional customer experience by diagnosing issues with Apple products and providing swift resolutions.

Your typical day:

  • Perform diagnostic testing on products such as iPhone, AirPods, and iPad using the tools and processes provided
  • Analyze test results for troubleshooting the hardware/software of device and identify the technical problems
  • Own the administration and follow up of warranty and repair processes including parts and customer unit inventory (ordering, receiving, shipping)
  • Manage hardware component used for repairs (ordering, receiving and shipping inventory parts)
  • Maintain productivity standards of quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Document and file test/service records on Apple and POS systems
  • Install/upgrade operating systems and software on devices
  • Act as an Apple and WIRELESSWAVE brand ambassador
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products by reviewing Apple learning modules to upgrade repair skills
  • Educate customers on how to use their products more efficiently and prevent similar issues

Job Requirements


  • Experience operating, troubleshooting and repairing mobile phones or electronics
  • Certification in Apple Service and experience with GSX is an asset
  • An excellent communicator (both verbal and written) and a team player
  • Self-starter and have a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • A natural problem solver and customer focused
  • Have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly
  • Available to work flexible schedules
