JOB SUMMARY • This position is focusing on helping customer trouble shoot and address basic needs when it comes to the companies equipment • The right candidate will have the ability to work with the customers as well as field personal to be able to help with any questions. The goal will be a first point of contact resolution. • The right candidate will provide a safe and pleasant work place for themselves, their coworkers, and their customers. • Will need to have knowledge of new items and promotions to help guide customers to correct solutions • This position reports to the department supervisor • The right candidate will need to have the ability to work well with both internal and external departments when needed. This position is responsible for the following • This position will require the need to work with internal teams and customers to help solve issues in a timely and friendly manor o Help by providing knowledge and support on products and services provided by the company. Must be done in a positive way to ensure customer and company satisfaction o Will need to have basic knowledge to be able to help customers with servicing technical issues that maybe outside the products offered by the company. o Help customers make payments online or on the phone o Ensure any issue that is beyond candidates skill level is sent to the correct person and ensuring proper transferring of responsibilities. o Having the knowledge to provide suggestive upselling is a huge plus o Being able to solve customer issues in a timely fashion. o Must be able to accurately type out calls for ticket resolutions o Meeting requirements set by management team and providing a friendly work space for all employees o Must have knowledge of proper use of equipment provided by company to ensure job is done properly. This client offers chances to be promoted, and will have all details of what is needed to be met easily laid out. Other Responsibilities • Keeping a safe and clean work environment and work station to ensure all employees satisfaction • Ensure new products are being promoted when applicable to the customers needs • Performing all necessary jobs required by department supervisors and managers within reason. • Properly tracking and noting all interactions • Keeping track of hours worked by understanding the clocking in and out processes • Following company guidelines The right candidate must be open to shift availability when first coming on board. Pay for this position is $15.00 an hour.
