Inbound Call Handler - Work From Home Salary: £17,388 to £18,532 and OTE £25,000

Full-time, Permanent

***Work from home. Candidates MUST be based in Northern Ireland to collect equipment from Belfast or Derry***

Red Dot Recruitment are working with a global outsourcing company who are currently looking for X5 Inbound Call Handlers to join their virtual call centre, working on behalf of a leading mobile phone provider. We are looking for people who are money motivated and who have experience in either customer services or sales. To find our more about the role, read on.

The Inbound Call Handler Role:

You will be handling inbound calls from new and existing customers, working on behalf of a global mobile phone provider. Customers will be calling in to either renew their contract or potentially take out a new contract. You will also be speaking to the occasional customer who may want to leave or cancel their contract, therefore resilience is essential for this role. Full training will be provided, no experience in retentions or call centre work is necessary.

Daily Duties of the Inbound Call Handler:

Handling inbound calls
Answering customer queries
Upselling and maximising sales
Retaining customers
Handling customer complaints
Being patient with customers and delivering an excellent customer service
Working towards performance-based targets.
The Successful Inbound Call Handler will have:

We are looking for great communicators who have a background in customer service or sales (minimum 6 months). The ideal candidate will be confident and be happy to work towards targets. They will be able to work independently or in a team and be confident working from home. The experience we are looking for is

Minimum 6 months customer service or sales experience
Good tenure in previous roles
Able to work well under pressure
Flexible and adaptable
Excellent customer service and brand awareness
As this is a work from home role, you will need:

A dedicated space to work from where you can protect your customers privacy (preferably somewhere where you can close the door)
Broadband connection speed that is 10mbps or above
You must have a desk and appropriate chair.
Internet connection will need to be a wired connection (Wireless is not possible).
Financial Benefits of the Inbound Call Handler position:

Competitive salary between £17,388 - £18,532 per annum
Bonus between £200 - £900 per month
