Construction Project Manager

CRISAK is an entrepreneurial General Contractor. Our Project Managers estimate, budget, create schedules, buyout subcontracts and material suppliers, write subcontracts and purchase orders, and manage the project. They are responsible for the project in its entirety, from conception to completion. This empowers them to take ownership of every aspect of the project. Our Project Managers are the primary source of daily contact with our clients. Our Project Managers are expected to have a high degree of integrity, attention to detail, and an exceptional work ethic.

Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree in engineering or construction, or substantial work history with a high level of successful performance
  • Three to five years of project management experience is required
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 hour preferred, but not required
  • Ground Up Construction Experience is preferred
  • Tilt-Up Construction Experience is preferred
  • Retail/Grocery Experience is preferred

Specific Duties:

  • Maintain adherence to CRISAK’s standards of safety
  • Maintain or exceed profit expectations
  • Utilize PROCORE project management software
  • Create and manage project budget for all assigned projects
  • Develop and collaborate on pre-construction packages
  • Conduct project meetings with Owners and Subcontractors
  • Skills in Project Administration, Including RFI’s, Submittals, AIA Billing, Change Orders, Etc.
  • Generate and Maintain Project Schedules Utilizing Critical Path Method via Microsoft Project or Primavera Software
  • Aggressively close-out projects
  • Maintain client relationships and have the ability to generate repeat work
  • Supervise direct reports including Assistant Project Managers
  • Engage in daily conversation with CRISAK Superintendents and coordinate successful outcomes
