CORPORATE SALES RECRUITER

 

This position is responsible for conducting full cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing and hiring candidates in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for all Sales, Operational and Management level positions for our West Coast Division and work with all Hiring Managers to execute creative recruitment programs to attract top talent for all positions and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates. As Our Corporate Sales Recruiter you will manage multiple requisitions while building long-term talent pipelines. Sales recruiting experience is essential to identify talent that will enable Coverall to achieve our sales goals.

Responsibilities

 

  • Establish effective working relationships with management to gain a clear understanding of position requirements develop and execute a strategic sourcing plan using multiple resources (internet, advertising, job fairs, placement agencies, internal and external databases, employee referrals, direct sourcing, etc.) and identify potential candidates for employment.
  • Prescreen candidate and make recommendations to hiring managers for candidate interviews.
  • Write and place job advertising in various media.
  • Maintain relationships with business networks and professional organizations to obtain referrals.
  • Track and report on candidate resources and recruiting metrics using ADP system.
  • Completes weekly reports on recruitment activity and maintains an open jobs report.
  • Ensure metric goals relating to number of hires, time-to-fill, positions filled, direct recruiting costs, retention and headcount goals are met.
  • Conduct reference checks.
  • Make job offers and generate offer letters.
  • Perform other duties and projects as requested.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of direct recruiting experience ranging from entry level to executive level positions.
  • Ability to handle stress of hiring demands and prioritize competing demands.
  • Strong planning, organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information sensitively utilizing discretion and independent judgment.
  • Ability to communicate information and details clearly and concisely.
  • Computer proficient including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Familiarity and Expertise in the use of HRIS applicant tracking systems; job board posting and sourcing databases
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all hiring managers and associates; demonstrate cooperation and flexibility
