Job Title: Admin Assistant/Registration Clerk

Location: Client,New York

Duration: 2 months

Description:

This is a non exempt position

Work Schedule:
M-F, 8:00 am 5:00 pm

Education
High School diploma or GED
Preferred: Associates degree or equivalent experience as demonstrated by skills and performance


Required Years and Area of Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years administrative experience in an Administrative Assistant role or comparable administrative duties; Client Experience encouraged

Minimum 5 years administrative experience in an Administrative Assistant role or comparable administrative duties; Client Experience encouraged

Summary
This role will provide administrative and project support for a project team to track data, and interface daily with employees in a confidential manner across the Client Valley. This role will obtain or provide information on matters of a sensitive nature so discretion and trustworthiness is a must.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Interface between HR, Nurses, and employees daily
Update and manage tracking system
Ensure that employees are following Client guidelines and instructions to ensure a timely return to work
Manage contact tracing and close contact notifications that result from any positive cases within the facilities
Be available to assist employees with any concerns/issues throughout the process
Identify any cases of concern and escalate to HR team
Collect documentation (i.e. test results, doctor's notes) and provide to the plant nurse/HR team

Required Skills:
Professional, organized, detail oriented, manages multiple priorities
Excellent Outlook skills and MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); strong knowledge of computer software
Handles confidential and proprietary information with discretion and sound judgment
Maintains composure and work quality during variations in work schedules, priorities and under tight timelines and able to handle a fast-paced environment
Capable of handling routine administrative work with no instruction
Excellent communication skills clear and succinct in a variety of communications settings and styles
Shows initiative (self-starter) and works independently on assignments and issues that arise

Ability to quickly learn company operations, policies, procedures and businesses
Customer focused
Excellent interpersonal skills

Willing to work overtime if situation dictate
