Administrative Assistant

Our growing estate planning law firm located in Roseville, Minnesota, is seeking a new Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for helping manage the day-to-day operations of the law firm, supporting the attorney and paralegals, and assisting with a variety of marketing functions. The ideal candidate for this position is friendly and outgoing, self-motivated, and also enjoys working on projects independently.

This position requires a person who enjoys talking to people and has a natural inclination to want to help and connect with anyone they are talking to. Telephone and email correspondence are core responsibilities of this position and will consume a significant amount of your time each day. Accordingly, excellent phone etiquette and confidence on the phone are necessary, as are excellent written communication skills.

Producing client outreach and marketing content is another, more creative component of this job. Someone who enjoys creating visual and written materials (with your tools of choice) would find lots of opportunities to do so in this job.

This position would be an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or candidate wanting to rejoin the work force due to a breadth of office support activities that will be learned in a caring and collegial environment.

Our office has survived and thrived through the COVID-19 pandemic, which we credit largely to our embrace of modern technology, including cloud-based file and task-management systems and web-conferencing. This allows us to work from home when necessary after potential exposure and to reduce the number of times a vulnerable client has to visit our office in person. We are very COVID-conscious and do everything we can to protect ourselves and our clients. If you are conscientious about exposure, but still love to work with other people in a collaborative environment, this office offers the best of both worlds. Feel free to inquire about the precautions we take.
