Position: Sales Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a local company that is looking to grow their team with someone who is looking for a long term fit, a place where they have opportunities for advancement and benefits!  
The Sales Administrator position is responsible for processing sales leads, answering sales-related inquiries from prospective customers (and routing them appropriately) and other administrative projects as needed.  If you are looking for a new opportunity and meet the criteria as far as job skills please apply!  Our client is also looking for candidates that good work history.  Leasing or property managment experience is a plus but not a requirement. 

Sales Admin. Assistant:
-          Excellent customer service skills
-          Communicates professionally
-          Must be able to multi-task
-          Able to prioritize in a fast paced environment
-          Preparing call sheet for Sales Director
-          Entering leads and logging sales efforts in Salesforce
-          Answering and returning emails and phone calls on behalf of Sales Director
-          Preparing and mailing promotional items
-          Booking travel
-          Preparing Service Agreements
-          Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
-          All other tasks as assigned

Pay: From $$15.00 - 16.00 per hour/based on experience
