Experienced, take-charge, work with multiple groups and personalities


  • Manages executive's appointment schedule by planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and all travel
  • Assist in preparation of board, investor, and management presentation materials, timelines and meetings
  • Courteously and promptly answers incoming calls and correspondence, forwards to appropriate party
  • Organize, submit and file expense reports and receipts accurately and in a timely manner for leaders, as needed
  • Manage inventory of office equipment and supplies; place, track, and coordinate the shipments of incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Researches, routes, and drafts responses to assigned correspondence; drafts and edits letters, presentations, and documents; collects and analyzes information; initiates communications
  • Creates and edits spreadsheets as needed
  • May serve as liaison with clients, business partners, corporate employees, and staff members as first point of contact and acts as buffer for members of the executive team
  • Maintains extreme confidentially and practices good judgment with all sensitive matters related with company business and privileged information within executive team
  • Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as organizing and creating files, photocopying, faxing, etc.
  • Acts as liaison for executive team in researching questions accurately and expediently. Prioritizes conflicting needs
  • Completes other job-related functions or assigned projects as required


  • Bachelor's degree a plus or relevant work experience considered
  • 3 plus years in administrative assistant role
  • General knowledge of simple clerical routines and use of office equipment
  • Ability to interact with the public, either on the telephone or in personal contact
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail oriented and highly organized individual who displays excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable skill in working with MS Outlook, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and Google Suite. Fluency with creating moderate to advanced PowerPoint presentations
