Job Description

As an Account Manager you will own, cultivate, and build positive long-lasting relationships between iFrog and our customers serving as the trusted advisor. You will own a portfolio of customers and liaise between your customers and internal iFrog teams (e.g. creative, content, social, media, seo) to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions and services based on each customers needs. It will be challenging, rewarding, and fun!

Essential Functions:  

  • Build, grow, maintain, and retain a positive relationship with iFrog customers while simultaneously growing their business.
  • Ability to put in the time necessary to meet client demands.
  • Be the primary point of contact, serve as the customers trusted advisor, and provide service that exceeds customer expectations by giving them the WOW factor.
  • Work with customers to learn their business, their needs and provide logical and rational marketing recommendations based on research, past experiences, and iFrog best practices.
  • Proactively, effectively, and frequently communicate with customers via phone and email on all aspects that impact customers and iFrog team members (e.g., taking time off, task status, risks, issues, escalations).
  • Review, understand, and effectively manage the services scope for each customer ensuring timeliness and completeness.
  • Proactively manage, monitor, and communicate on all delivery tasks for each customer.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance checks on customer deliverables prior to go-live.
  • Effectively and accurately manage customer budgets.
  • Prepare, schedule, and deliver monthly marketing meetings and performance reviews.
  • Document and maintain customer profiles (e.g., key contacts, customer preferences, work we do, opportunities for growth, key relationships).
  • Learn and navigate various applications (e.g., CRM, website platforms, task management system, GSuite, Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, etc).
  • Effectively communicate, manage, and QA tasks delegated to designated Account Coordinator(s). 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work from an iFrog office M-F
  • Stay current with iFrog required training and certifications, as assigned.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors serving as a liaison for your customer(s).
  • Monitor and provide feedback on Account Coordinators.

Required education and experience:

  • Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree, or Work Equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 1+ years account management or similar client-facing role
