We are seeking a self-driven Temporary Call Center Analyst to join our growing team. As the Call Center Analyst you will be responfor the following:
Monitor real time call center schedule adherenceReal time queue managementEnsure producers are following up on any outstanding service issueReconciling insurance call center timesheetsPulling/Requesting calls to be downloaded for management reviewDaily download review/corrections/follow-up with respective agentsDownload and distribute carrier follow up requests, follow up to ensure timely completionOther tasks as required, non-licensed requiredRequirementsMust have experience with Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Teams, Excel.Excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningPeople-orientedOrganizational skillsComfortable multitaskingSelf-motivatedPride in getting work done accurately and timely Location: Candler, NC - 28715
