Manages low to mid complexity projects determining quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes. Provides statistical information for establishing quality standards by identifying testing methods and samples.

• Create, perform, and monitor First Article Inspections (full and delta).
• Create, update, and monitor PFMEA.
• Create, update, and monitor control plans.
• Create, update, and control inspection plans.
• Perform Measurement System Analysis and Gauge R&R on assigned product line(s).
• Serve as subject matter expert in production line triage process for assigned product line(s).
• Use statistical methods and tools to determine/improve process capabilities for assigned program(s)
• Develop and implement inspection tooling and methodologies to ensure compliance with applicable specifications, models, and other requirements.
• Participate in Manufacturing Corrective Action Board team activities to drive improvement.
• Perform Root Cause Corrective Action investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement in assigned program(s) and FTW landing systems using ACE and ZDP methodologies and tools.
• Perform Preliminary review (if qualified) of Quality Notifications as required.
• Perform MRB QA (if qualified) as required.
• Proficiency with Discus, Netinspect, SAP, Catia, Matrix, Pilgrim, ETQ, and other relevant software tools.
• Create/modify QMS policies, procedures, work step instructions, and forms.
• Develop and deliver training on changes to policies, procedures, or work processes.
• Analyze QCPC data to drive improvement in overall quality system for assigned program(s).
• Work in cross functional teams to problem solve acute issues in the production line environment.
• Use data in decisions to drive improvement in quality signature of assigned program(s).
• Author and close Quality Notifications as required.
• Perform stock purge and containment actions as required.

Education: Bachelor's Degree
