Manager, Integrated Digital Marketing

The Role

Manages the strategic development and execution of the marketing efforts in support of the overall strategic business plans and annual business objectives by accelerating IEI's digital footprint across the channel ecosystem and with targeted end users. Improves the positioning and messaging of the campaigns in support of the business go-to-market models by building effective relationships and working with key stakeholders in the business and theaters. Provides direction to content creators on the overall content strategy and content development and act as a brand champion within the organization. Handles recruitment, team development, and management of the budget.

What You Will Do

Strategy and Direction (50%)
  • Develops and manages the global marketing strategy, key performance indicators, and infrastructure budget allocations in support of business strategy and annual business development objectives.
  • Establishes global campaign framework that delivers intended messaging to effectively position the business and product/solution offerings to targeted profiles through strategic, growth-focused go-to-market programs.
  • Ensures marketing plans are aligned with the business strategy and theater initiatives to deliver agreed to results.
  • Works with theater marketing leadership to influence the allocation of theater mar-comm budget and to measure the effectiveness of campaigns; recommends adjustments throughout the year to maximize results.

Execution (20%)
  • Drives the execution of marketing strategy and content strategy across all channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Delivers on content strategy and department budgets to plan.

Team Management (20%)
  • Recruits develop and manage the workload of direct reports.

Thought Leadership (10%)
  • Researchers communication and marketing trends, tools and metrics to bring in best practices, creative tactics, and new capabilities.
  • Uses market research, product analysis, and customer feedback to recognize opportunities for advancing the brand across a range of products and categories.

What You Will Bring
  • Required Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business or related field
  • Preferred Degree: MBA or Master's degree
  • Years of Experience: 10 or more years
  • Years of management experience required: 5 or more
  • Preferred Certifications and/or Licenses: Marketing automation software systems; Digital marketing certification
