HR Generalist

We are currently recruiting a HR Generalist to work in Auburn. The position will start off part time but could transition to full time with in a month.
Working hours from 7am to 330pm

General and Basic Duties for HR  include, but are not limited to:

Answering and screening phone calls - directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking detailed messages for call back requests.
Clockshark Timesheet Review and Approval - for Payroll
-    Flag abnormal times or missing entries
-    Contact employees whose times are being questioned
-    Confirm OT with Supervisors
-    Approve timesheets & disallowing further edits to be made
Enter Timesheets from Clockshark into QuickBooks - For Payroll
-    Rolling times from Clockshark in to QuickBooks.
-    Review each employee in QB to ensure their times have rolled over correctly.
-    Apply Federal OT & FRINGE rules to applicable timesheets (Federal or State work). 
-    Manually enter the allocated wage rates if jobsites are anything other than Private Work.
-    Make sure that all employees have wage rates affiliated for hours worked (I will email Management of any that are missing or still in need of setting up). 
Run and respond to hiring needs through ways of Indeed and Craigslist.
-    Coordinate with hiring departments and qualified candidates to set up interviews. 
-    Orchestrate or sit in on Interviews for possible candidates.
-    Check references when needed
New Employee Onboarding 
-    I9 on file
-    Add new employee to QB
-    E-Verify
-    Clockshark Digital Timekeeping: set up and send out an instructional email to new employees
-    Upload information onto Ease for their Insurance Benefit selections
-    Add to Contact lists (phone, email & birthday reminders) 
-    Run DL through Bender insurance for approval 
-    E-File on Server & Hard folder in filing cabinet
-    Copy certifications to appropriate folders for easy use    
Respond to Employment Verification requests.

Assist Project Managers with Security Clearance & Badging coordination for High Security facilities.
Field Scheduling
-    Coordinate with Project Managers and their labor needs each week. 
-    Post individual schedules for employees on Paycom. 
-    Send a master schedule to all the Managers and Foremen.
-    Set up new jobs and tasks in Paycom.
Arrange for all Hotel & Flight reservations (and restitutions for when plans change.)

Send out Birthday Cards to Field Employees monthly.
Update Time-Off requests and keep the Copy-room calendar current.
EDD Unemployment Responding - reporting earnings
Various audit tasks per Manager's request - Redacting PDFs, data entry in Excel, filling in missing 
information on reports etc...
Various projects or coordination for Project Managers or template creations.
Add employees to E-Sub and assign them to appropriate jobs.
Monitor and answer the HR email of various inquiries, paystub questions, benefits, scheduling, time-off 
etc.
