Corporate & Investment Banking delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services.   • Support various market data platforms and partner with application teams with market data needs and integration
  • Work to understand technical issues or problems in depth and work to resolve Market Data incidents
  • Work with other Market Data engineers to develop and deploy Market Data solutions
  • Manage third party suppliers to design and support Market Data products
  • Develop and document support procedures when required
  • Understand market data content and be able to communicate effectively to technology and business partners market concepts

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of systems analysis experience, systems programming experience or combination of both
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
  • 2+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or administrating Bloomberg interfaces such as BPIPE, TSADF, Market Data or AF

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of design methodology, Infrastructure operations support or engineering
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile, Kanban, or Lean methodology

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Software development experiences in Python, Java, C, C++ a big plus
  • 3+ years of experience supporting market data infrastructure such as ACTIV Financial, TREP (Refinitiv),  or ICE Data Services 
  • 2+ years of experience using scripting languages like Python, Ruby, Shell
  • 2+ years of experience with Linux and Desktop
  • 1+ years working knowledge of Bloomberg infrastructure, APIs, etc.
  • 1+ years Product knowledge across multiple asset classes Fixed Income, Equity and FX
  • Intermediate to advanced networking skills including working knowledge of routing protocols, firewalls, etc.
  • Knowledge of key Market Data vendors, including content and application functionality
  • Experience using Market Data management and/or inventory systems (EMRS, DACS, etc.)
  • Experience with Market Data audits
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and governance issues pertaining to the licensing of Market Data
  • Strong Linux and desktop skills
