Brand Strategy Coordinator



Job Description:

SUMMARY:

ShopStyle Collective, our influencer marketing division, is looking for a versatile, hard-working Coordinator to join the Brand Strategy team. This role will support the team in helping to ideate, package, and price custom marketing programs for our brand partners and produce compelling sales/marketing materials for our business development team. Our ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of and interest in the digital media landscape - advertising, social media, and influencer marketing - and is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to turn around projects quickly and thoughtfully. This role will report to the Manager, Brand Strategy & Partnerships, but will support the entire team. This is a full-time position based in NY, LA, or San Mateo (potentially remote).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Brand Strategy team with day-to-day tasks and programs, including:

  • Assist in ideating influencer marketing programs for our advertisers
  • Assist in casting and sourcing talent for brand collaborations
  • Assist in producing client proposals quickly, thoughtfully, and meticulously
  • Maintain and update influencer profiles, metrics, and insights
  • Run and analyze sales and performance reports  
  • Adhere to all internal and external campaign deadlines 
  • Assist with special projects as needed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong passion for and grasp of the influencer/social media industry 
  • Organized, self starter who thrives in fast paced environments
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Understanding of Keynote is required

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus in marketing, advertising, and/or communications
  • 1-2 years experience in related industry (e.g. social media, marketing, or PR)
