Account Manager, AV

Job Description

The AV Account Manager, Managed Services will support the Account Managers of MSP clients for the Travel Allied Division. The AV Account Manager, Managed Services primary responsibility will be cultivating and maintaining relationships with the affiliate vendor network, managing the VMS technologies, and internal processes that help support the MSP clients for the Travel Allied Division.

Job Tasks:

  • Manage communication with the Associate Vendors regarding open orders, candidate supply, confirmed clinicians, contracts and extensions.
  • Owns Associate vendor candidate profiles in the technologies making sure they are an appropriate fit for the position before sending to client/Account Manager (Pre-screening the AV profiles).
  • Manage the file flow and placement status for associate vendor submissions in the technology and manage communication between the AV, account manager and client.
  • Provides primary client coverage when account manager is out of the office. Establish and maintain client relationship due to coverage responsibility. Coverage responsibilities include but not limited to internal file flow management, recruiter communication and weekly client calls (as needed).

Minimum Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelors preferred
