Position Summary

The Commercial Strategy & Operations (CS&O) organization is looking to hire a Commercial Strategy and Operations Manager to support revenue operations and management activity across Commercial Strategy, Operations, Go-to-Market, and Sales Solutions.

The Commercial Strategy and Operations Manager will be responsible for commercial team financial insights, analysis, and reporting through identifying cost-related opportunities and benefits impacting the business for the Commercial Strategy & Operations (CS&O) organization.


  • Expertise collecting, analyzing and managing quantitative data and creating meaningful reports to lead business improvement and cost reductions. 
  • Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability.
  • Assist in the development of all weekly and monthly financial close, all planning, forecasting, and reporting models and their continuous innovation and communication to cross functional stakeholders
  • Stakeholder communication and management: Build rapport with stakeholder and functional leaders. Communicate company strategies and program requirements to stakeholders and address concerns and issues from stakeholders. Anticipate risks and identify mitigation approach

Skills & Requirements

  •        5+ years' experience in finance or equivalent experience

  •        Bachelor's degree in business or Accounting or other relevant field preferred.

  •        Can effectively manage projects cross-functionally with a variety of roles, teams, and work styles

  •        Proven ability to independently run program meetings that drive progress, address blockers, facilitate collaboration, resolve conflict, gain agreement and influence teams to carry out projects and programs.

  •        Experience with or other CRM platforms, as well as managing and analyzing complex databases. Experience with Tableau or similar data pipeline software is a plus.

  •        Demonstrated ability to perform in a dynamic environment and comfort working in ambiguity

  •        Driven, resourceful, curious, and a fast learner: proven track record of taking initiative and being resourceful to solve problems

  •        Exceptional communications skills with the ability to present effectively to C-level executives and field teams in both one-on-one and group settings

  •        Ability to develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document projects and programs

  •        Strong organization skills, especially managing complex projects
