Maintenance Technician

DePaul Management, a premier Property Management firm, is currently hiring for an experienced exceptional Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lansdale, PA.

Maintenance work includes preventive maintenance and routine repairs (including vacant unit turns), heating and cooling, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Maintenance Technicians will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and site administrative staff to schedule routine operational maintenance requirements of the property.


- Highly skilled in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical and apartment make readies.

- The ability to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis

- Experience in home remodeling/improvement

- Team oriented and flexible in job responsibilities

- Have their own tools & valid driver’s license

- Have the ability to learn on the job and apply knowledge in a fast paced environment.

- Ability to trouble-shoot complex problems and operate as an individual

- Prior experience in apartment complex setting preferred.

The work schedule while at Wissahickon Park Apartments will be 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. While servicing commercial properties, the candidate will work 6:30am-3:30pm. Monthly on-call maintenance is required.

  • Maintain and order repair parts
  • Diagnose and repair all refrigeration equipment
  • Provide electrical service and/or repair to customer units
  • Perform building repair and maintenance activities
  • Dismantle equipment/machines and make proper repair
  • Discuss repair, maintenance and applications of equipment
  • Maintain appropriate maintenance and repair logs
  • Handle routine repair and maintenance of plumbing and electrical systems
