Base plus commission with no cap

Sales position with no cap in commissions! This is a sales/business development position in an assigned region. In this role, you are responsible for sales metrics, territory development, cross selling, and more in the IT services market.

Job Requirements:

In this role, you will be responsible for business development and growing sales in the IT arena that include the professional, cloud and managed services solutions in our services portfolio.

  • Hit key metrics in business development activities, managed services and project services quotas, tech business planning, and client retention.
  • Act in a  consultative manner to our prospects and customers; and collaborate internally. 
  • Salespersons may work closely with the local solutions sales team and their customers to cross-sell our specific and horizontal services.
  • Develop your territories through networking, social media, trade events, referrals, etc.
  • Utilize your expertise of our services, programs, and sales methodology to address complex and strategic client, project and procurement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Solution Architects and project resources, sales and management resources to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to present to clients how our solutions and services create value for their business.
  • Work closely with internal departments to create and sell value added solutions to clients


  • 3-5 minimum years of experience in IT Infrastructure solutions and/or Managed IT Services sales.
  • Drive to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Successful track record of sales and relationship management with notable accomplishments.  
  • Experience influencing decisions and driving strategic processes with clients.  
  • Ability to discuss business solutions with all levels of client leadership
  • Ability to overcome objections while emphasizing positive, future-oriented perspectives.
  • Technical aptitude, able to apply knowledge and experience to individual customer needs.
  • Experience in pivoting business direction, services, and needs from a prospect, client and company perspective.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple sales activities and ability to manage multiple client solutions.
