Business Analyst

- Designs, implements, and maintains complex business, accounting, and management information systems
- Develops functional designs
- Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product
- Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation
- Works with users to define existing or new system scope and objectives
- Performs modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures
- May assist users in the operations of the application
- May support Tier 2 help desk activities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors or equivalent degree required
- Experience in application requirements analysis, design, and testing preferred. Strong oral and written communications skills.
