Job Title: Administrator/Platform App Developer


We are looking for an IT minded individual to join our IT Applications team that has strong administration and platform app development skills to help alignment with the business around our stack. They will be actively involved in the IT processes that support ongoing operations as well as planning for future application capabilities as we look to be more efficient in delivering solutions for our customers.


The person in this position will be the IT team’s expert on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Customer & Partner Communities and Servicemax field service. They will be responsible for partnering with the Sales Operations team to help build & maintain documentation while helping to guide the change management process for Sales, Marketing & Customer Service systems.


  • Solid understanding of the technical architecture with experience building and maintaining Flows, Process Builders and Communities.
  • A strong understanding of integrations between systems.
  • Experience developing integrations a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Servicemax or Field Service a plus.
  • Knowledge of query techniques and working with data using data loading tools.
  • Experienced with IT lifecycle frameworks including ITIL, SDLC, and DevOps concepts.
  • Experience with rollout scheduling; project management experience is a plus
  • Ability to analyze data and identify and solve problems.
  • Attention to detail, a focus on good change management practices, technical documentation skills and an understanding of the importance of data quality.
  • Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 or more years working with
  • Understanding of financial budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
  • Ability to construct, review and analyze business cases for proposed initiatives and projects.
  • Experience supporting Pardot or other marketing automation systems a plus.
