Global Marketing Leader

Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join a leading software company in Raleigh, NC. This employee will strategize, plan and execute the global marketing roadmap, with the potential to grow their own team. Important emphasis is on current Cloud offerings as they relate to strategy, pricing, product positioning, target audience, messaging, and branding. This is a direct hire opportunity!


  • Develop and execute marketing plan, including events, campaigns and programs aligned to product roadmap and cloud solutions (e.g. Cloud events, executive programs, outbound campaigns, partner marketing, lead management, social media, etc.)
  • Cultivate awareness, familiarity, and recognition for company with Cloud alliances, influencers, and other influencer organizations
  • Own the development of messaging, value propositions, marketing content, product marketing, collateral, and press releases
  • Develop compelling audience-specific messages and tools (videos, blogs, customer success stories, whitepapers, presentations, demos, how to guides etc.), to be used on the web, live events and in other channels
  • Develop other demand generation campaigns, including upsell and cross sell activities, to drive customer retention
  • Work independently and autonomously


  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing; marketing of software products and/or cloud ecosystem
  • 5+ years demonstrated track record in crafting marketing strategy, campaign planning, and marketing content (case studies, user stories, etc.)
  • Experience building and managing high-quality marketing initiatives in a dynamic, global environment
  • Experience with marketing and web analytics, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g. Salesforce, or similar), and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Graphic design skills/experience
  • Knowledge of legacy servers is a plus

  • Facilitate global BU marketing teams
  • Ensuring a positive return on investment for marketing efforts
  • Prioritize marketing efforts that drive consumer and business-to-business growth and retention
  • Report monthly and annually to board of directors on marketing analytics, changes and additions to marketing strategy
  • Developing effective marketing tactics to drive growth in the virtual reality business
