Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Intake customer service calls
  • Responding to work orders, messages, and status updates
  • Daily entry of parts invoices into the ERP
  • Receive, track and document customer purchase orders
  • Daily matching of invoices to support documentation
  • Confirm time, check material, and submit for billing once matched to customer
  • Managing aged receivables
  • Record and enter records of customer requests, work or services performed
  • Managing contracts and accounts
  • Align tool needs and inventory as needed
  • Facilitate reports


Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of scheduling or customer service experience required
  • Excellent Microsoft office and general computer skills
  • Outstanding customer service experience
  • Strong customer/provider relationship abilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills; high attention to detail
  • Keen geographical knowledge of service area or map-reading capability
