Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Tampa, FL is currently looking for a Business Analyst / Global Training and Learning Operations to join their expanding team.

Job Description:
  • The Global Training and Learning Operations team provides training services and have been on a journey to re-imagine Learning and Development services for Company. This is a contract-based role to support Contact Center 2.0 project.


Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
  • Leads as a training business partner supporting and consulting on L&D strategy and practices in alignment with business strategy.
  • Conducts intake interviews and discovery process to gather learning requirements, performance objectives and target audience analysis with customers and business partners.
  • Partners with Learning Design and Development to align on learning solution proposal, obtain signoff and provides end to end project management oversight and support, ensuring timely execution of action plans and effective communication with customers.
  • Delivers training action plan per customer's needs that may include consultation, training strategy content curation and leveraging existing learning solutions.
  • Supports training communications and partners with Learning Delivery team on faculty strategy and sessions logistics / execution.
  • Actively collaborates with GTLO partners to deliver integrated, value-added solutions to stakeholders and customers.
  • 1. Project management, providing insights, new ideas, best practices to enhance the learning experience and helps to shape the training plans.
  • Formulates Metrics / training effectiveness plan in partnership with Metrics Lead.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience providing training partnering / consultative role is required. This includes experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting training needs analysis, formulating training solutions and measuring training effectiveness.
  • Previous management level experience is preferred.
  • Experience in Shared Services company is preferred.
  • End to end process mindset.
  • Previous experience using Case Management system (Salesforce) is preferred.
  • Experience working in a regional or global environment is preferred.
  • Excellent relationship management, listening skills and demonstrated track record building strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills are required.
  • Effective communication skills with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Understanding and application of basic project management tools and practices to lead a training project and/or connect training support to a business project plan is required.
  • Inclusive, flexible, and adaptive working across time zones with remote colleagues and stakeholders, is required.
