Associate Account Manager

Fortune 500, Global Social Media Platform is seeking an Associate Account Manager. Fully remote, 5 month contract opportunity.

Our client is seeking an Associate Account Manager who will be responsible for developing relationships and growing revenue with existing customers and partners. We want these developer businesses to build meaningful and innovative technology showcasing Data; the Associate Account Manager will play a critical role in arming partners with the knowledge and tools to develop and sell their solutions. 

Developer Platform Sales team is seeking a highly self-motivated and performance oriented Account Manager. A successful Account Manager will build strong customer relationships that enable us to support, retain, and grow subscription revenue across our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance customer and Twitter’s objectives and priorities.

What you’ll do:

•    Provide unparalleled account management to a broad range of Enterprise Data customers. You may work with customers in industries such as Market Research, Cyber Security, Event Detection, Consulting, Academia, Finance or Brands

•    Support the execution of complex deals and renewals with customers, growing revenue through strategic initiatives and increased adoption of Data

•    Manage a large book of business, with customers who require active account management and support on a regular basis

•    Communicate customer feedback to internal teams and work cross-functionally with DES sales, marketing, and product organizations to prioritize and improve the customer experience

•    Establish customer executive relationships, advocate for customers internally, and coordinate across multiple teams to deliver the best possible customer experience

•    Develop deep understanding of customers’ products, business lines and key objectives

•    Support AMs and AEs in policy approval process, including submitting customer’s contract use cases and government use cases. Ensure customers are following Terms of Service Develop a strong understanding of the social data ecosystem and consult customers on the best ways to consume and showcase Data

•    Support AMs and AEs in ensuring Salesforce opportunities, events and tasks are updated and reflected accurately

Qualifications:

•    BA/BS degree

•    3+ years of relevant enterprise Sales and/or Account Management experience

•    Confidence communicating and presenting in social settings

•    Validated experience driving large groups of internal stakeholders to consensus and close for technical partnerships/deals

•    Solid ability to handle tough conversations with clients in a professional, solutions-oriented manner

•    Ability to simultaneously lead a high volume of opportunities and transactions

•    Proactive rather than reactive approach to handling clients and problems

•    Technically savvy (preferably proficient in Salesforce and Google Suite)

•    A passion for Twitter, with a deep understanding of the social data ecosystem

•    The willingness and flexibility to travel

•    Experience using Salesforce CRM tool 

•    Experience working in a customer/client-facing environment preferred

•    Experience with b2b technology, analytics, and SaaS preferred
