On-Site Staffing Coordinator

Our On-Site Staffing Coordinator position is perfect for a college graduate and is entry level for building your career in our sales, recruiting or marketing departments.

The successful Staffing Coordinator will be outgoing and ambitious, establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers quickly, have a passion for recruiting and the desire to be successful.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate with on-site client management to understand client staffing needs
  • Work directly with branch recruitment team to ensure client staffing needs are met
  • Assist with candidate onboarding and orientation on-site with client
  • Schedule and track candidates to attend new hire orientation on-site with client
  • Point of contact for all staff and candidate to ensure excellent communication and attention from the on-site team (safety, attendance, attrition, overtime needs, schedule changes, reminders, etc)
  • Daily hours reconciliation with client
  • Weekly payroll management
  • Create and deliver all client requested reporting, identify trends and communicate solutions
  • Understand profiles required to provide successful candidates to clients
  • Monitor and report on recruiting metrics with creative and proactive ideas to drive results
  • Interact, correspond, and maintain effective communication with hiring teams, candidates and client via email
  • Follow up and drive conversion of candidates in pipeline.
  • Meet all required compliance reports weekly (I-9, payroll, client required testing)
  • Ability to work overtime as needed to complete work on a daily/weekly basis

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years in hospitality, admin support or customer service role
  • 2+ years in Recruiting Coordination or HR a plus
  • Strong office admin skills (outlook, MS office suite) required
  • Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
  • Creative idea generator
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or Marketing a plus
  • Ability to work between Client and Branch locations with own transportation
  • Must pass background check and drug test prior to start
  • HS Diploma or GED completed
