Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Successfully identifying Technical Talent using all recruiting methods from beginning to end including networking.
  • Developing and maintaining a network to assist with identifying and sourcing qualified candidates.
  • Review client requirements to identify skills required for qualified candidate.
  • Search for candidates including traditional recruiting methods, networking and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to our internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, job/career fairs, local colleges, referrals, as well as user/technical groups.

Technically review resumes and screen credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Interview prospective candidates to determine their qualifications, analyzing their responses, and their cultural fit for our client’s organization.

  • Negotiate Pay Rates
  • Interact regularly with the sales and operations staff to ensure accurate and complete communication with clients and Associates.
  • Other projects as assigned by Supervisor


  • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred but industry experience will also be considered
  • Minimum one year of IT/ Engineering recruitment / technical staff recruiting experience is necessary
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales industry is a great plus.
  • Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and learn technology concepts quickly
  • Willingness to travel when necessary to attend meetings and training classes.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Experience in resume search through internal process as well as leading job portals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
