You Are:

A Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand for UST’s technical offerings portfolio by developing the product marketing strategy and go-to-market plans, crafting differentiating messaging and producing related assets to drive lead generation as well as enable sales. You will own and articulate your product’s value to the audiences we serve across industry domains. You will direct all product marketing activities for your product, identifying key market opportunities and ensuring strong competitive differentiators. 


The Opportunity:

  • Build GTM and route plans for your product, inclusive of direct sales, partners, and LDRs, ensuring we have the enabled channels in place to achieve 
  • Create clear, compelling, differentiated value props and messaging for our offerings 
  • Ensure compelling content development for end-to-end content journeys  
  • Translate technical details into benefits for the user 
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of product launches. 
  • Partner closely with the technical and sales enablement team to ensure sellers and LDRs are enabled to effectively identify, validate, progress, and sell your product. 
  • Become an expert in the dynamics of our markets and the needs of our buyers. 
  • Perform in-depth competitive analysis for messaging and positioning of products into the marketplace. Able to communicate features and benefits to add to the product to grow the offering against competitors. 
  • Create and update customer presentations, product-related collateral, and technical documents (sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts). 
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders across different organizations, collaborating with Engineering, Business Management, Sales, etc. 
  • Possess domain expertise in one of the following industries: Banking, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, Media, Healthcare 


What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Background and knowledge in Cloud, data analytics, artificial intelligence, DevOps, interoperability, and software platforms. 
  • To be able to develop strategies, plans, and programs for complex projects and executes effectively on a worldwide basis
  • To be recognized as a product marketing practitioner by professionals within this discipline and the broader marketing community  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • The ability to take complex topics and explain them in a clear, simple way 
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
