Job Description  

As the Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will define and support Project Management in the development and implementation of the Project Quality Management System identifying the appropriate processes, procedures, and supporting requirements.

  • Develop and execute a Project Quality Plan appropriate for the project phase
  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of the Quality Plan
  • Work with the Project Team to promote the right Quality mindset and behavior requirements for successful project development and implementation
  • Develop general Quality Resource organizational plans and budgets
  • Ensure that Project Quality Plan in conjunction with Project Execution Plan is developed and implemented
  • Promote quality awareness throughout the organization, emphasizing excellence, continuous improvement, and corrective action to influence the overall success of company business
  • Ensure Supplier’s and Contractor’s Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
  • Quality Procedures and all pertained QA/QC documentation prior to commencement of any fabrication/construction work
  • Conduct quality surveillance at suppliers/contactors to promote the Project’s quality culture
  • Ensure result of inspection/observations into the web-based inspection recording system in a timely manner.
  • Ensure suppliers /contractors have relevant, up-to-date codes, standards, specifications, and drawings
  • Interface with the discipline engineer, construction engineer, and inspectors in a professional manner
  • Review and analyze project quality trends on regular basis and provide improvement plans if required
  • Compile and submit Project Quality DashBoard to Project
  • Comply with all supplier HS&E requirements as appropriate
  • Support personnel by performing additional tasks as directed and commensurate with his/her skills

  • Associates degree in a related technical discipline
  • QA Coordinator with 5 - 10 years experience in the oil & gas or related industry
  • Conduct QA audits as part of a team and under supervision
  • Support the setup of QMS components under supervision
