Category Strategies including Strategic Sourcing support and setting-up category specific Supplier Management (performance and relationship). Such strategies shall develop the vision and value proposition for the category based upon suitable demand & supply analysis, work-scope development, commercial modelling (including should-cost), benchmarking and supplier intelligence. The strategy shall describe the overall direction of how a Category is to be managed over a five year horizon.



Category Strategies including Strategic Sourcing support and setting-up category specific Supplier Management (performance and relationship). Such strategies shall develop the vision and value proposition for the category based upon suitable demand & supply analysis, work-scope development, commercial modelling (including should-cost), benchmarking and supplier intelligence. The strategy shall describe the overall direction of how a Category is to be managed over a five year horizon and beyond including an implementation plan across all relevant Group Companies for both pre and post contract activities.

Request for Quotation and/or Request for Tender including development of the RFQ/T (scope and pricing schedules/preambles), technical & commercial evaluation criteria development and tender clarification support. Leading an Integrated Category team of representatives from across the Group in challenging, specifying and standardizing Group demand for aggregation into the market and developing an optimized commercial model. During the course of the RFQ/T event, providing input and support to the Contracts Team (if specifically requested by Group).

Category Guidance Documentation providing the framework to deliver strategic value, through identification of buying channels, framework agreement utilization principles and application of category specific KPIs to drive performance.
