Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • One year of HEAVY email and customer service experience
  • Phone etiquette and customer service oriented
  • Be able to handle disgruntled customers and escallations
  • Able to handle a high volume of calls professionally
  • Looking for growth, commitment and a great place to work
  • Exceptional conversational skills, good listener and self-managed
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must have experience with ZenDesk
  • Excellent problem resolution skills
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
