HR Administrative Assistant

Job responsibilities: •Schedule and coordinate meetings •Primary support for Applicant processing, new hire paperwork/file set-up •Coordination of internal job posting as needed •Distribute a variety of employment-related forms •Maintain database of training, special certifications and probation periods •Maintain files, make copies and other various duties •Assist with maintenance of records for attendance, job skills database or similar •Perform any and all other job related tasks as assigned •Experience with HR system for tracking •Ability to communicate well written and verbally •1-2 years Supporting an HR Team Apply today, the position needs filled in the next 2 weeks!
