What does a great Client Support Rep do?

A Client Support Rep at Fiserv provides superior support to our clients in regards to inquiries and researches issues related to production, quality, delivery schedules, and production specifications. This may include helping Internal and External clients navigate and support their business needs via client tools and skills. Great Client Support Reps also have the opportunity to develop solutions to resolve customer disputes.

As a Client Support Rep, you can look forward to:

• Delivering excellent customer service to our clients via phone and email

• Navigating systems to answer customer inquiries

• Making recommendations to resolve critical issues and error trends

• Building relationships with clients to ensure on-going support of their business

• Providing flexible assistance through cross-training and support to surpass customer satisfaction and service level goals

Basic qualifications for consideration:

• Excellent verbal and written skills with a high degree of aptitude in problem solving

• Strong organization skill due to supporting multiple items for various clients at one time

• Aptitude to work in a fast paced environment

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Customer service experience.

• Experience with Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint.)

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

• Client services or client facing experience

• Working towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

• Microsoft Access knowledge

• Ability to display innovation, research, investigation, and analysis
