Keller is looking for an experienced Software Developer based out of our Hanover, MD office.

The successful candidate will work with an established development team to help design and develop critical products for our organization and offer excellent technical support. This role requires working closely with team members through the full software development lifecycle: business/systems analysis, requirements gathering, documentatio, development, testing, and delivery. A successful applicant will have a varied exposure and experience with both front-end and back-end development, with concentrated knowledge and focus on .NET and cloud development. The candidate will keep abreast of emerging technologies and apply the knowledge accordingly to ensure the organization is using the best tools to build and support our IT ecosystem.


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code within a DevOps and CI/CD environment
  • Use work management application and/or additional tools to track assigned work, ensuring the team meets commitments
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skills and proven ability to work with diverse personality types
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization through code reviews and peer collaboration.


  • Strong background in .NET development, Angular framework, and associated technologies (Angular 6+, HTML5, CSS, RESTful APIs, TypeScript/JavaScript)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its respective components
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Preferred experience with one or more Agile tools (VSTS, Jira, Version One) and agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum, Lean etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
  • Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
  • Demonstrate understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business
