We are looking to add top talent to join our strong team of virtual recruiters to provide workforce solutions to our new RPO client - the world leader in serving science who is dedicated to improving the human condition through systems, consumables, and services for researchers.

As a Scientific Operations Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for candidates in the Healthcare/Pharma/R&D industry. Examples of roles include, but are not limited to: Field Applications Scientist, Engineer Field Service, Applications Engineer / Applications Scientist, Field Application Scientist-Biopharma, Engineer I-field service, Applications Scientist - Materials Science TEM, Digital Solution Engineer, Applications Engineer/ Applications Scientist / NanoPort, Technical Applications Scientist II-Digital Microscopy, etc.

This may involve full cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating, employment branding, benefit and culture questions, follow through after the candidate is hired). This is long term W-2 contract opportunity where you will work virtual from your home office.

What you need

  • 3+ years of client facing / high volume recruiting experience is required
  • Experience recruiting Scientists, Chemists, Engineering a must; Healthcare / Pharma / R&D industry experience a huge plus
  • Client facing experience a must - candidates will need to be highly consultative, provide excellent relationship building abilities and have the ability to influence/guide the client
  • Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes to include sourcing, screening, behavioral based interviewing and offer negotiations
  • Strong time management and attention to detail

Salary: $52,500 - $87,500

Incentive (if applicable): Not Incentive Eligible
