Maximo Data Specialist

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Maximo Data Specialist


Qualifications:

•           Must have 2 years’ experience of basic COTS CMMS IBM Maximo knowledge of user function, asset, work orders, and inventory management or 4 years’ experience in other COTS application similar to Maximo.

•           The Maximo Analyst position requires an understanding and working knowledge of Maximo functional capabilities and workflows primarily in the area of maintenance activities.

•           The Maximo Analyst must have a working knowledge of maintenance related work order scheduling and tracking, corrective and preventive maintenance work order scheduling and management, and facilities equipment/assets.

•           Experience with Saas, Atlass, Fiix, UpKeep, Hippo, etc., will also be considered.

•           Experience in analysis and writing of technical/operating instructions.

•           Experience in the following industries will also be considered: Industrial tooling, service, inspection, repair/replacement withing the nuclear industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•           Verify, create, and manage facility equipment/assets, their locations, and hierarchy for the Equipment Reliability Group and Equipment owners.

•           Coordinate with the Equipment Reliability Manager, Maximo Architecture staff, and users on the COMPANY in-house maintenance team to ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules are correct and followed.

•           In conjunction with the Equipment Reliability Manager, Maximo Architecture staff, and users maintenance team, review and modify/create maintenance job/work plans, maintenance flows/folders/and subfolders, and preventive maintenance tasks.

•           Gather data requirements for Maximo workflow processes.

•           Work closely with off-site Maximo support personnel to ensure Maximo data requirements meet local objectives and expectations.

•           Support training to the in-house maintenance team.

•           Be capable of dressing in personal protective equipment to interact with technical personnel conducting repairs, data entry, and maintenance scheduling.

•           Interpersonal skills of working with managers, in house maintenance teams, and different business units to include supply and finance entities.

•           Experience with Saas, Atlass, Fiix, UpKeep, Hippo, etc., will also be considered.

Other related duties as assigned Required Skills:

•           Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited college/university, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or related work experience.

•           A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with IBM Maximo or similar CMMS, preferably in support of operations and maintenance production.

•           Demonstrated working knowledge of work order scheduling and tracking, corrective and preventive maintenance work order scheduling and management, and facilities equipment/assets elements.

Location:

Prefer onsite in Lynchburg, VA but is open to remote.
