Overview:
  • Provide onsite endpoint PC desktop technical support
  • Will handle tickets dealing with password issues, email exchange problems, printer issues, IBS XT, etc.
  • Contact users regarding computers with expired warranties and transfer data to newly imaged machines
  • Receive and process inventory and packages addressed to the help desired

     
Position Requirements:
  • Requires 2+ years experience in an enterprise / corporate setting
  • CompTIA A+ certification preferred and/or a directly relevant AA / AS Degree
  • Certification in relevant IT products / technologies a plus
  • Focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, with key stakeholders, leadership, partners, team members, other organizations, and customers
  • Sound understanding of customer support, operations, and processes with a desire and enthusiasm to serve customers
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems, networks, databases, and network security concepts and tools
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office application suite including MS Outlook
