Desktop Support Analyst

*NEW* Desktop Support Specialist

Well branded industry leader is seeking 2 Desktop Support specialists to help with several desktop projects over the next 6-12 months. This indiviual should have experience with:

  • Windows 10
  • Add/install software to machines
  • Office 365
  • Experience with MS Autopilot is a plus
  • 3-5 years related experience (will consider a Jr person but rate should reflect that)
  • Experience imaging computers (both new and old); currently use MDT (Microsoft Deployment Tool) but does not require that experience
  • Experience updating and upgrading computers
  • Microsoft experience
  • Citrix is a big plus but not required (some exposure is good to have)
