Position Summary:

Are you a stickler for details? ADT wants to speak with you! We are expanding our internal team focused on helping employees understand, live into, and grow our Customer Experience (CX) strategy.

This hybrid role has three primary areas of focus: Growing and facilitating employee engagement on multiple digital channels, finding / collecting / developing employee stories related to CX strategy, and ensuring that select content is delivered to consistently high standards. The idea candidate is highly skilled at building relationships across a corporate environment working remotely, influencing colleagues, and is a very detailed-oriented.

This role is permanently remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S. Ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace where we learn from each other is core to ADT’s values.   • Hands-on coordination of brand grammar and style standards to ensure high-quality content
  • Hands-on coordination of all facets of employee stories related to CX strategy
  • Engages on multiple platforms including digital channels, workshops and other platforms as needed.
  • Partners with CX team to prioritize, plan, and execute on other CX needs
