Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Global Handbook

    • Owns the administration of employee handbooks and policies for Arrow HR globally

    • Acts as an expert on more complex and regulatory HR policies across all Centers of Excellence

    • Performs higher level administrative processes involving maintenance of employee handbooks and policies; looks for areas where content can be consolidated

    • Monitors global regulatory requirements to identify updates required

    • Partners closely with the HR Solutions Center and HR Centers of Excellence to identify areas of opportunity to standardize policies globally, when possible

    • Partners with HR team members to draft updates to the master policy and make appropriate changes within ServiceNow (HR Connect)

    • Regularly reviews policies for improvement and standardization, identifies opportunities and provides recommendations

    • Provides data and recommendations as it relates to employee handbooks

    • Continuously creates and defines process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR policies

    • Supports Arrow HR’s global translation strategy by partnering with our translation provider to translate handbooks, policies and knowledge articles, as required

    • Understands the ServiceNow (HR Connect) technology thoroughly and provides recommendations to utilize the technology to best support handbook and policy needs.

    • Surveys and analyzes best practices for handbooks

    • May lead project calls, assign work and manage projects to timeline and outcomes – communicates progress to team

    • Leads stakeholder management sessions and keeps various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication

    • Creates project related process documents

    • Maintains master copies of all handbooks and policies, both local and global

    • Manages outside vendor for handbook and policy governance

  • Translation

    • Evaluates and ensures translations are processed in a timely and accurate manner for all KBAs, as needed

    • Sends request for translations for ad hoc marketing materials and communication content

    • Partners with Arrow translation reviewers to ensure translation standards are being upheld

    • Partners with HR technology and IT as needed for translation integration and RPA process steps

    • Point of contact for questions on translation strategy; partners with leadership on addition of new languages to the HR language strategy

    • Manages translation vendor relationship

  • Global Communications

    • Distributes global and Americas HR communications

    • Uploads into communications tool, formats the document within the system, and gains final approval from sending COE

    • Ensures the correct distribution list is pulled and used

    • Schedules the distribution of the communication at the requested date and time

    • Provides monthly reporting

Education/Experience Requirements:

Requires a Bachelors degree and strong HR administrative experience.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$24.30 - $29.70

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
