Job Description:

The Sales Enablement Manager will support employee capability building and performance excellence via digital learning and learning solutions. This role will focus on supporting employees in sales roles. The successful candidate will be a strong relationship builder who can successfully collaborate with global sales and technical sales leaders to identify learning needs and conceptualize, develop and deliver targeted digital learning solutions that deploy at the speed of business.  Sales learning will be a primary focus.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support compliance and/or mandatory training, to include facilitating the generation of reports to understand % complete data and identifying vendor partners to design required or mandatory training.

  • Establish relationships with vendors for the design and delivery of training. Develop “rate sheets” to understand fees. Manage existing vendor relationships and corresponding contracts.

  • Manage metrics and measurement related to learning participation, program offerings, etc., to include identifying and providing the learning metrics for HR internal quarterly reporting package.

  • Stay abreast of business trends and developments via attending business meetings, relationships with HR Business Partners, vendor learning sessions, CEB HR membership, etc.

  • Understand Arrow’s strategic plan to grow markets, revenue, and new customers and the corresponding skills, knowledge, abilities that sales and technical roles need to be successful

  • Builds strong relationships within specific lines of business to identify learning needs and designs and delivers digital learning solutions that measurably close gaps and improve employee performance

  • Actively closes the gap between learning and work by architecting learning solutions that

  • increase access, speed and engagement to/with critical learning resources

  • Collaborates with internal team members and external vendors as needed in the curation, design and delivery of digital learning programs

  • Proactively engages a coalition of global instructors and organizational learning specialists in order to increase their knowledge, skill and engagement with digital learning approaches, options and tools

  • Offers significant contributions to digital learning strategy development, learning governance initiatives, the development of meaningful learning metrics and learner experience design initiatives

  • Provide key insights and recommendations that support marketing efforts for digital learning programs

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)

  • At least 6 years of experience in learning technologies/learning solutions design, development and delivery within a national or global organization OR at least 6 years of experience managing a sales team to include experience with training and developing of sales professionals and experience with the Miller Heiman sales methodology.

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS)

  • Experience designing sales curriculums or working to improve the performance of individuals in sales roles

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$99,000.00 - $121,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
