Interested in developing insights to help guide product development, cultivate collaborative partnerships across teams, and craft and execute go-to-market strategies? Passionate about solving traveler problems and doing right by the customer?

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Product Marketing Manager on the Multiproduct and Engagement team. This is part of a new team that sits within the Retail Product and Technology organization and will help drive adoption and usage of products and features across Brand Expedia and the Brand Expedia Platform.

A strong candidate is a standout colleague that excels in crafting customer-centric narratives and translating data to impactful insights. Marketing and ecommerce knowledge as well as personal attributes of effective communication, creative problem solving, attention to detail, and high accountability are keys to success! A customer-focused mentality and savviness to tell the narrative is essential.

What you'll do

  • Partner with research, customer health, and analytics teams to develop and communicate customer insights
  • Champion customer needs across the key teams to influence product roadmaps, business strategies, and customer engagement models
  • Develop a deep understanding of Brand Expedia's customers and market, and use qualitative and quantitative data to develop insights and support decisions.
  • Develop and support go-to-market strategies, product positioning/messaging, product launch materials, and marketing briefs - ensuring fit and cohesion across the customer journey, product lines, and brands
  • Support go-to-market (GTM) and readiness activities across the entire organization


What you bring
  • 5+ years internet, ecommerce experience, international or global scope preferred plus 3+ years of product marketing experience or equivalent, B2C preferred
  • Developed product positioning and messaging, as well as built effective presentations to tell a compelling story
  • Supported product adoption/usage through well-executed marketing and go-to-market activities
  • Experience translating customer, market, industry, experience data, and site or app data into actionable insights
  • Travel industry experience a plus!
