Customer Service Coordinator

A fast growing Building Services Provider, servicing the commercial real estate industry in South Florida is now looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who will have daily interaction with Property Managers, Facility Managers, and tenants in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Spanish and English languages are required. If you are truly bilingual (English and Spanish - both verbal and written skills), have solid customer service experience in a supervisory role, and enjoy dealing with clients and associates, this is a wonderful career opportunity!

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Consult with customers and Quality Management concerning customer needs and follow-up to conclusion/resolution.
  • Frequent contact with Franchise Owners, to coordinate customer requests.
  • Review and scrutinize current processes and procedures and evaluate for superior customer experience and achievement of business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate account records to ensure contractual requirements are met.
  • Perform quality surveys and manage feedback.
  • Support various accounting tasks, such as proprietary settlement systems using Excel.
