Project Coordinator

Location: Arden on the Severn, MD
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

•           Planning and scheduling project meetings, organizing logistics, meeting minutes, contact lists and action items

•           Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access

•           Support the execution of project deadlines, priorities, and workflows while monitoring daily progress.

•           Ensure team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits

•           Develop and maintain Product communication material including newsletters and PowerPoint presentations.

•           Respond to project-related constituent inquiries throughout the state using pre-approved messaging and information.

•           Support the Project Team as-needed with short and long-term project objectives.

•           Interface with various Stakeholders, Vendor in meetings and correspondence.

•           Experience as a Project Coordinator working at the State Grant’s team for the Governor’s office is highly desirable.
